This is a sad excuse for a company- so much wasted talent here. The lack of structure and support from the higher-ups makes promotions impossible. There is no career path whatsoever. The displays of favoritism were beyond obvious. Do not expect anything to get taken seriously if you are not one of the chosen ones. Money is clearly spent frivolously and I will not be surprised when this company goes under.
