Pros
Facilities for employees are good like: * Leaves (They have given 2 leaves in a month, but they don’t approve leaves easily) * Earned leaves are carry forward. * They take part in the outdoor activities. * Salaries always come on 1st of the month until and unless somebody hasn’t any issue of project deliveries ( sometimes they stop the salary for xyz reason)
Cons
There are so many downsides of the organisation like: * Technical knowledge is very less. * They don’t have good managers. * They don’t have good teams. * They always check the employees if he/she is not on his/ her seat for 2 mintues. * Even you can’t help someone on their desk ( they will start noticing you and if you are doing it two times then they will warn you). * Sometimes (sorry not sometimes but everytime) you have to explain Business team that why would you take 2 days to complete this task not to your manager and TL. * Big politics is there.
