After 7+ years I still have nothing to complain about.

- Understanding and open minded management team -Trial and error system - people are encouraged to try new things out, to learn, apply what they learned and analyze the outcome and the results. - Flexibility at it's best - A lot of interest put in the well-being, development and growing of teams/individuals. The management team really wants you to learn as much as you can and become your better professional self. - Small team, but formed of people from different countries and nationalities. - Having complete transparency. If you want to know something you only need to remember where to find it.
