week offs are only positive things in this company nothing much then this

no job security , their will be deductions in you take home ,their is no employee encouragement culture , micro management , rules will be changed every day , no incentives , no recongnisation for your contribution, their is no increment in salary after one year if you ask for increment they will find some or other reason and send you out, hr department is more worst they spy on employee and tell every thing to management , weekly meetings, if they send you suddenly and if you ask for reasons they will black mail you saying that they will not give documents and they make sure you beg them twice or thrice after that when their ego is satisfied then they will give you documents ,they treat very badly if employee left the organization no proper send off also.
