Pros

Even after working for 2 years with an MNC, I have learned peanuts compared to what I have learned here in 2 months. If you want to earn a lot, MNC is the solution, but if you want to learn a lot, this is the right place.

Cons

No cafeteria. Co- working place.

Pros

Great idea and open culture. People are ask to think and be innovative in whatever role they are in. This is true even in the marketing role, where we have to think of innovative ways of marketing and also ways how we can help customers market!!

Cons

Since culture is evolving there can be some difference from what one may imagine a typical startup. However the good thing is that all are welcome to contribute to make a positive change in the company's culture!

Pros

Pros: 1. You'll get your salary on time, i.e. last working day of month. 2. Office space is good considering there are only 2-3 people working in the office (all days of the year), that's because nobody really tend to stick to this company, people come and leave within 6 months span.

Cons

Cons: 1. Not even a single engineering manager. If you're meaning to learn, chuck it. 2. Bad company culture. Expected office hours are 12 hours that too with a lot of workplace harassment. 3. Not a productive environment. CEO (Sachin Garg) basically becomes your manager and the only skill he has is sweet talk (lasts a few days), then you'll feel increasing pressure to deliver more and more and gradually you'll start losing your appetite for productivity. 4. Not a people's CEO. Just after a few days of joining he'll start treating you just as a resource, nothing more. 5. I've known for a fact that few employees have had a rough experience leaving this company. Spokespeople will immediately start scheming to cut the most part of your salary while you leave. 6. Spokespeople often lie about the company strength before joining, you'll get to find only 3-4 people (including CEO and CMO) after joining.
