Pros

Entrepreneurial culture with the resources to scale. Leadership encourages ownership and smart risk-taking. The shift toward a structured pharma model brings stronger partnerships, regulatory sophistication, and global potential—without losing the company’s creative DNA.

Cons

Transitioning to a pharma-grade operation means more layers and longer cycles. Those who thrive here balance agility with patience and process discipline.

Pros

fancy christmas party great coworkers (if you're lucky)

Cons

This is easily the most toxic, unprofessional workplace imaginable. Management is a joke — chaotic, clueless, and completely incapable of leading. There’s no structure, no proper training, and the entire environment feels like a petty clan where loyalty matters more than competence. There’s no real HR, and managers can yell, gossip, or demean you with zero accountability. What’s laughable is that many of these people started at the bottom themselves, yet now that they’re “in charge,” they act like dictators who’ve forgotten how to behave like adults. Favoritism is rampant. If you’re not on the magic list, nothing you do will ever be noticed or appreciated. Hard work means absolutely nothing here. The previous review calling this place a PR stunt is dead-on. And yes, it’s hilarious (and suspicious) how a bunch of five-star reviews appeared right after that one. This is a nightmare for anyone who values professionalism or basic human decency. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

Mint was a good place to start building a career in the pharmaceutical industry. The leadership team was approachable and encouraged people to ask questions and take initiative. Over the past few years the company has clearly grown, entered new partnerships and launched many new products which has created opportunities to learn and be involved in interesting projects. I found the culture generally supportive and people are willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

Because the company was growing quickly and doing a lot, priorities did sometimes change rapidly.
