The benefits package is what I believe to be slightly above average.

Company would rather hire from outside than promote from within.

It is a pay check you can survive on if your willing to work 58 hours a week

Management is horrible, there is a revolving door of new people coming and going, hiring process is horrible, extremely hot in the summer, never have no parts to fix anything
