No cons, excellent opportunity as a student.

Average to maybe higher pay. If you've been there a while you have great perks. Benefits are good. Work life balance is excellent. If you're straight out of college it's a great place to START.

Management is very political. Leadership is told what they want to hear and not what they need to hear. There are definitely some biases ...( *** bias, ) going on. Benefits would be great...if they worked. I had to get dental and vision insurance elsewhere because the ones minitab has are not accepted anywhere in my area.
