      Pros

      Good wage, challenging tasks, private medical care

      Cons

      Stressful environment. The whole team is not supportive. The management shouts to employees in front of others quite often. Lack of cohesion between the Chinese team and the Polish team. It's very hard to keep work-life balance in this company

      - Easy tasks - Coworkers are nice - Fair breaks for every shift

      - Strict rules that make no sense for employees - Poor management and scheduling - Upper management is super strict and stingy - Benefits for customers and employees are unfair
