Pros
- Flexible working environment (remote work is possible and they understand when you might have to leave early or stay home for a package etc )
- Quite a flat hierarchy, everyone can make suggestions and take the lead on projects.
- Some good perks available through WeWork and Perkbox (Beer on tap, free cinema tickets, phone insurance etc)
- Opportunity to gain experience across many different parts of the business and help grow your CV.
Cons
- Salary not as strong as other tech startups (especially in London)
- Can get frustrating focusing on short term goals rather than improving the service as a whole. Priorities seem to change quite a lot.
- Sometimes expectations seem too high in a tricky industry, especially for such a small team.
