Management and CEO are mean, you even feel scared to talk to them or raise an issue. there is no job security. Can't see this company lasting long with their mentality and professionalism

- Flexible working environment (remote work is possible and they understand when you might have to leave early or stay home for a package etc ) - Quite a flat hierarchy, everyone can make suggestions and take the lead on projects. - Some good perks available through WeWork and Perkbox (Beer on tap, free cinema tickets, phone insurance etc) - Opportunity to gain experience across many different parts of the business and help grow your CV.

- Salary not as strong as other tech startups (especially in London) - Can get frustrating focusing on short term goals rather than improving the service as a whole. Priorities seem to change quite a lot. - Sometimes expectations seem too high in a tricky industry, especially for such a small team.
