Pros
I work with a great team of people. As long as you keep the facility clean and make your revenue you get quarterly bonuses. Paid vacation time and insurance offered.
Cons
Customer Service always has its cons in a way. My least favorite part was that if people came at close you were expected to still help them, and the expectation didn't change whether they came 5 minutes after close or an hour after closing time. If you told them we were closed and they complained to corporate then you would be written up. Very conservative company as well (like you couldn't even cut your hair shorter than how it was when they interviewed you).
