Cons
While there are some decent and helpful people on the shop floor, the wider management culture is deeply unhealthy. The environment is driven by blame, favouritism, and a clear clique mentality, which directly contributes to the extremely high staff turnover.
There is a pronounced divide between management and workers, with little to no meaningful communication unless you are considered part of the preferred group. Those outside of this circle are largely ignored.
Training is minimal at best. Employees are routinely expected to operate independently without adequate instruction or support, yet are quickly criticised when problems inevitably arise.
Issues are rarely addressed in a transparent or professional manner. Instead, conversations happen behind closed doors, details are distorted, and responsibility is assigned without consultation, allowing minor problems to escalate unnecessarily.
Overall, this is a highly stressful, demoralising workplace that offers little support or development. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before considering employment here.
