      - Small company with potential for growth - Potential to make an impact within your team due to outdated tech stack

      Cons

      - They underpay most of their employees. The head accountant (13+ yrs in the company) was paid notably less than my starting salary - Obvious favoritism if you are a white American male, majority white company
