They make Work Study work very easily

Not many, they are quite flexible in finding the right position

You will help run & design one of the most challenging undergraduate programs in the United States. Most students are gifted, come from diverse backgrounds, and you will have some of the most wonderful experiences. You will have hands-on experience, plenty of responsibilities, and space for growth, and you can perform your job in any way you like so long as you achieve do the work required.

Students will reach out to you in every way possible at all times of the day including 1-3 AM, especially if you live in the only live-in staff in the residence hall. Beware of who you share your email, phone, slack, and social media. Also just like in any customer service job, there will be a few ill-mannered people who will not make your day.
