Pros

Good place to be, when you are clear what do you expect from startup. Great minds to be with and learn, Almost two years now and still learning from the best. New and latest technology to try and experiment. So lot of moving fast and breaking things. Open Office Environment, I love to think while walking, and the new place got lot of place to move around and think Flexible timings A healthy discussion environent

Cons

Flexible timing work both ways, so you can leave early and sometimes due to time criticalness or because of customer dependency there will be night-outs. But be clear on that as it is a startup and I love the experience, the blissfulness of completion of task and happy customers.

Pros

Minewhat is an ideal place for anyone looking for an in depth exposure to any vertical of work. They are a small team but everyone is so competent and well versed with in their field that the learning they extend one is exemplary. It is an apt place where you can freely exercise your creative thoughts and ideas, they are well received and at the same time criticized for one's one good. Being a start up they very well manage the resources and seek to achieve perfection in all their undertakings. Working in Minewhat will promise you a learning curve in your career which you will cherish thoroughly. The entire team is very friendly and approachable and they ensure the employees have a healthy bonding among themselves. One can expect frequent team outings and fun activities to burn out the monotony of work. So as per my experience Minewhat is apt place to seek a growth in your career.

Cons

I don't see any negative aspects with the Company. It is probably one of the best places to work. So go ahead and be a part of the amazing bunch of guys.

Pros

Amazing people, best knowledge in industry Learning curve is steep Helpful co-workers

Cons

Idiotic work timings, 12-14 hours a day minimum without any meaning, relevant work being done by me, 5-6 hours, rest of the time just sitting warming up the chair. Expect to work on Saturdays too. Seriously these people have no semblance of a personal life. They will look at you like you are some sort of alien being if you talk about lengthy timings. Paranoid CEO, will question you on everything, stalk you on social media. He will use ambiguous terms and then expect you to understand. Says one thing at one point of time, then tries to explain it in detail later and does not do a very good job of it. Expect to be mind-screwed by this guy Small office, literally only 10 people can work inside the office. Their teaching method is one of a kind, will have a very hard time adapting to it.

There has to be a better way for the companies to remove these false positives for the benefit of the community & to give an unbiased view. We are willing to accept the real feedbacks and work on it but not these lies and false rants. This review was written by a marketing & sales trainee who was consulting a psychiatrist for “Generalized anxiety disorder”, we have his official communications with our management team and other records to prove this. We didn’t know about his medical problem during the first few weeks of his training. During the training, he mentioned that his hands were shivering uncontrolled and he needed to consult a doctor immediately, and the reason was fever and stress. Next time he officially communicated that “he has a milder version of Generalized anxiety disorder and he was consulting a doctor”. For a safer side, we informed his parents about the problem, and he was a bit upset with that. Please find the specific responses for his feedback. * Timing: He is from print & display advertisement background, and he had a very little idea about digital media. Most of the time it was only marketing/sales training sessions and some real-life practicals. 12-14 hours a day is a super exaggeration, and we can open his access logs to check the entries. * He was paranoid, and he couldn’t understand anything with digital marketing & sales, and he stressed himself, it is very clear from the words he used that he is mind-screwed. * We are a startup, not a corporation yet. But we have the best facility for a small team. The interview was conducted at the same location for him; our question is why did he accept the offer in the first place? * His core problem was he couldn’t understand even the basics of internet and software tools and he was afraid of making sales calls. He resigned the job, blamed the management and training methods. He used Glassdoor review to let his failed emotions. For the record: We have contacted him over the email to know more about this review; he replied the following “That was a bad time, I was bitter with everything in my life. Matter of fact I had forgotten about the review altogether. It will be removed.” He emailed Glassdoor support (copied our HR) to remove the reviews, but he couldn’t locate his spoof email accounts from which he wrote these reviews. He wrote two bad reviews on Sep-10th. You can see one more below.
