Friendly and supportive environment. Flexible hours (Hidden meaning - get ready to work around the clock)
Cons
Little to no work-life balance. You are expected to be available 24×7. No appreciation or rewards for working late or on weekends (which happens very frequently). Comp-offs for working on the weekend do no matter as the leaves get lapsed every year and you cannot make use of it. Once you get rid of the fresher tag and get a little experience, you are expected to work on multiple things at the same time. Poor management and people skills.
