      Excellent solutions and capabilities being delivered to customers that can help sharpen experience. Solid business outcomes being delivered. Employees getting employability here and not just employment.

      Cons

      Pivot from captive to service provider takes time, it is ok if growth comes slowly as long as it comes steadily.
