Not much to say on Pros

No work life balance. Always asking to work on saturdays and sundays

the only pros is wfh only

- Management does not seem to know how to carry out their responsibilities. There is a lot of discussion, but very little action or results and this give pressure to employees as it will result in short deadline because of the hoax by management. - There are many promises made, but they are not followed through. After working more than one and a half years as a full-time employee, there has been no salary increment or bonus. - The contract terms are the same as a full-time position, without the corresponding benefits. - The company appears to maximize employee output and then replace them with others when convenient. - Most colleagues in the current project are a new employee, which suggests frequent rotation and a lack of long-term concern for employee development or well-being.
