      Pros

      Positive environment with super supportive co-workers and management. Fully remote with flexibility in working hours for part-time employees. Bonus structure is very fair and easy to achieve. This company listens to employee feedback and actually makes changes quickly when needed. I also love how inclusive the company is.

      Everyone was super cool and we worked on awesome projects.

      - Working from home since pandemic - Paycheques showed up - Supportive teammates who got it

      Cons

      - Bad leadership like really really bad leadership at the top - Good leaders either quit or get let go like recently - no regard for seniority - Constant changes with no meaning or basis in reality - never holding the right people accountable - leaders never taking accountability themselves - blaming recruiters for bad job deals when recruiters do all the hard work
