Good salary They don't delay the salary. The most delayed salary was paid within 6 days Safe workplace for women Company offers overtime compensation

Hey! International client! watch out! The employer is showing off false image of the company. No leave incentive No health benefits In case you're extremely sick and it's proven to company, company never offers you a leave from it's end They put the air conditioner on fan in summer days, due to this the agents feel extremely suffocated When their international client comes over, they make sure that the office looks clean and every employee seems happy with everything. And they turn on the AC during the visit of their client They don't just deduct your salary for low quality or attendance, they deduct salary if an employee's CSAT is low, if your FCR is not maintained properly (CSAT & FCR are not in control of agent, it's totally on the customer, still company deducts the salary of an employee), they deduct your salary based on AHT (a time set my the employer for agents to solve a ticket) The employer is very greedy and does not like to pay any agent his complete salary, he makes sure that if your salary is 52000 rupees, you only get 42000 - 46000 from it They don't work on employee retention, they don't care for employees rights if the employer commands to violate the rights of an employee, the HR and management does so happily
