Pros

They provide Tea and Snacks facility.

Cons

There is long list of Cons : 1. Hire and Fire policy, no job security at all, though you work for them for many years they don't care before termenating. 2. Third class management, they don't share company policy with employees, and in case if you ask HR about policy she will answer arrogantly like why do need n all as if you are asking her about any top-secret. 3. HR has no basic manners of talking and behaving, she will treat you as if you are her slave. 4. Management has no work at all except to keep watch on your PC and your in/out time like watchdog. 5. They don't give salaries on time. 6. They call you on Saturdays for work, and if you ask them comp-off they give answers such as - delay was from your side, it is not from company side (though you have new joiner) so you will not get any cash or comp-off. 6. You don't get the documents on time while leaving the company, they purposely do delay for documents and most important thing you will not get the salary of last working month. 7. Last but not the least all the positive reviews you are seeing, they are created by management itself and not from the former employees.

Pros

Ambience. Trust me you will find the interiors very attractive if you're visiting the place for the first time (interview obviously) but don't fall in the trap, because it's one of the worst places to work at.

Cons

HR policies and the HR herself is good for nothing. No job security. CEO can fire you from the job without any intimation. No salary hikes (it's like 200 rs hike after 1 year) although the HR might tell you that they give 100% hike. Which is a lie. Salary delays are common. Worst politics and worst management. Long working hours (male employees even stay back at night and work until next morning) and too much work pressure.
