      Pros

      They spend a lot of time onboarding you and start your caseload off slowly so they don't overwhelm you. They have excellent admin support so I can focus on my clinical care and not paperwork. Also, they pay much more than any other job in the surrounding area that I could find.

      Cons

      Its a little bit of a commute for me to get there but that is not on them.

      You are given the right to choose your client, the pay is outstanding, the owners work with you on anything that you need, and you have the right to develop your own therapy methods. You will get to enjoy the field of therapy.

      Great administrative support, get to choose my clients, competitive pay and benefits, lots of flexibility

      The commute for me is long but I'm planning to move closer to the office soon.
