Pros
Great people to work with, fun activities, awesome office space & location, and you can learn a lot from working at an agency when you're given little information about clients and positions you're recruiting for.
Cons
Lack of training and development, low base salary (compared to competition) and commission structure makes you feel like you're being taken advantage of, also lack of positive feedback and guidance.
