Remote You work for big clients so great in terms of portfolio building

The company will drain the life out of you. They have a very robotic system. They expect you finish big tasks in just one day. They don't care how you do it, you just have to do it. I have never seen such a toxic work culture ever. Every employee is unhappy here. No proper onboarding, briefing or handovers done maybe its the lack of accountability from the senior level managers. The whole culture and management system is very unsupportive, If you are planning to work here, get ready to work for 12 hours a day just to finish internal deadlines. The founders don't know how to manage and maintain a healthy system.

Its exciting to work with young, passionate teams from across the country. The company is constantly growing and its exciting to overcome challenges together. The management and teams are extremely welcoming and supportive, and the processes and reviews put together are helpful for all to be aware of how they are growing.

As an agency, there are always new mandates and the speed of turning it around makes it a challenge but an exciting one.
