      Lovely Coworkers in the organization.

      Cons

      Morale has taken a huge hit, and a lot of people are already looking for a way out. The work-life balance and overall culture have become genuinely toxic. I witnessed a coworker get bullied out of the organization by management a few months ago. Overall a toxic environment. MindGym is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

      base pay could be a bit better sprints of long hours during certain times of the year

      Some great people working at the bottom of the company.

      Cons

      No work/life balance Manipulative leadership and management No room for growth or promotion Layoffs every few months Doing other coworkers jobs + up to three or more people's jobs post layoffs.
