And the best part. He is the good actor when comes to events and speachs. "Staff Is Our Priority. Empoyer Of Choice". Haha... What a laugh...Not just me, you can read others' reviews as well. CEO is the main culprit.
HR: The highest staff turnover. Almost every month got new staff. Why? Because of the not well-managed structures and policies. Then how HR can help other staff? They only can do administration work but not protecting the staff. They just puppet for the top management.
HOD: Run division and department as the company as their own. very not supporting at all. All they want is staff complete the task. Why? Because they promised "Bulan Bintang" with the cut throat CEO.
Other Entities: The account/finance Manager. Narcissist. Well ... follow the leader style. Ops...sometime more then the CEO. A very toxic person.
Promotions: In your dream. If you like to "Kipas" for sure you can excel in this company. Thats how the HOD and Manager done it. It all about favouritism. Yearly appraisal is just paper for ISO. No merit actually implemented.
Building? For an engineering company, Misconsult does not portray the image of it. It is similar to a warehouse with an AC unit only. Facilities? average or low standard. Engineering company provide old and slow PC? now people using laptop. Work can be done anywhere. But Minconsult? 1000000 BC workflow.
We continue with the micromanaging. From the CEO down to HOD. well. Leads by example. Its OK to management wants to know but they should be provide a positive input. overcome the issues on equal ground. Not shouting.swearing if something went wrong.
