      Good first job out of college for learning.

      Cons

      No real career path. No work/life balance if you take pride in your work. Bad management Company is kind of known for burning out young eager engineers. Company asks for Glassdoor reviews during most trainings. Only company I have had do that, so don't trust other high reviews

      Amazing culture. They are serious about their company culture. Great employee benefits.

      At times you might find yourself without directions but it isn't really a company thing. It is about how much you engage with them

      Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

      Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel
