      Pros was when Milton Roy was owned by UTC. And Milton Roy use to be about quality not quantity so much.

      Cons

      The way the new management was put together. If you work for Milton Roy. Be expected to be treated as if u are a soulless robot and have hovering managers over u. Just went down hill and they lost some of there best builders in the building why do u think there hiring so much. Cause Milton Roy is now a joke.

      Pros

      Little, the focus on these folks is only profit and making their numbers and Bonuses, diligent and caring employees are always battling the senior management folks to do the right things for the customer, environment and customer safety.

      Cons

      Unethical senior management that will do whatever it takes to make the numbers, including shipping defective products and not abiding to ISO, IPC, API, UL and NSF Standards.
