      Pros

      There are some genuinely good people that work there especially the really senior engineer/techs that have been there from the beginning.

      Cons

      Over the last 3 years , employee turnover has been very high. Over 30 people in a 60 person company (more than 50%) of the work force have left the company for on reason or another. The company culture and morale is very poor. Employee support and compensation is very poor. The benefits are very poor.

      Pros

      Supportive management, interesting projects in the electrical-mechanical-controls-programming areas, Provided room to grow, flexible schedules, talented and nice people, fun annual engagement events.

      Cons

      Not too many, every company has some improvement areas. Miltec was certainly better that most companies I have worked at.

      Interesting work, friendly and helpful coworkers, flexible schedule, minimal "busy-work", park/beach access

      Cons

      Aside from a long commute (for me), none to speak of
