In late January 2018, MILLY learned that certain remarks about the Company were posted on Glassdoor. Those remarks included the following: "CFO has no idea how to manage his team. Provides false information about company’s financials to the board. Sexually harasses female employees."
Based on these remarks, the Company conducted an internal investigation into these statements. The Company concluded its internal investigation into these statements and found no evidence that the CFO either (1) provided false information about the Company to the Company's Board of Directors or (2) sexually harassed female employees. MILLY has a written policy in its employee handbook making it clear that it has zero tolerance for sexual harassment in the workplace.
