Great culture, great people, giant learning opportunity

hours are long but you should know this coming in

Lots of smart people and firm culture is very collegial. Firm size is very small so you have a chance to meet and interact with senior people.

Still has a very start up feel to it...not much structure because there is no HR. Terrible with doing things on time because everybody is so busy and swamped with deal. Feedback system is terrible and leaves one confused
