Pros
Most employees are very friendly and some are extremely talented and passionate about their jobs. There's definitely the opportunity for growth within the company if you push yourself (because management definitely won't help you grow since they want to retain staff in their own departments) and want to try working in different departments. Good benefits and number of PTO days
Cons
Pay is too low compared to the amount of work they expect you to complete. Management doesn't care about employees, but only about meeting deadlines and making clients happy. There are "discussions"/ panels/ surveys to gauge how employees feel, but it's just a front because nothing ever changes or is done. Management doesn't do anything to retain talent. Many people come and go which is really frustrating to have to continuously train new employees. You have to be achieve the impossible to be considered for promotions/ a decent raise, because doing your best and excelling with great metrics isn't cutting it.
