Pros

If you like down time you'll have a TON of it. The building is nice and a lot of the servers are already managed already and cables ran nicely. Some people are nice.

Cons

You'll have a lot of down time, team is very clicky so if you don't fit in you'll be left out a lot. You'll also work alone a lot, but again maybe that's what you like. Since you have so much downtime you end up doing a lot of organizing in the closet.

Pros

There are no pros besides be able to work remotely occasionally

Cons

Culture is toxic. If you speak up you will get fired. They also spy on your LinkedIn and tell if you posted anything. Was the only person of color on my team and was ultimately fired because of it. They let each practice run their own business and do whatever they want. Lots of rich white men
