-you will loose your confidence -will doubt oneself -will lack personality -will be in constant mental battles -friend are converted into foes -every employee hate each other but pretend to be friendly -if you are happy they will make sure you are depressed -basically you will go numb Be aware of Manthan most mentally ill person - red flag

There are not any pros about this company

I would not even give one star to this company. Very bad, very hostile, abusive and toxic environment. You would regret joining this company from the first day itself. A lot of people have absconded from this company after giving their precious years of life just because of the intolerable toxic environment. I had absconded too. I worked for almost over a year. They would make you work 12 to 13 hrs everyday and that to with a very less pay. You would get a donkey like treatment here everyday. Just imagine every morning you left your home with that stress and tension. They don't respect their employees at all. It wasn't because of the work I absconded but the intolerable toxic and abusive environment. I worked on almost everything they gave me - android, ios, flutter, javascript. I worked on almost 4 to 5 applications at once. I have worked on weekends too for almost 14 hrs. Still it wasn't satisfying for them. Why would you wanna work so much with less pay and so much toxicity the entire day. I talked with one of the owners at the office about this and they said wherever you go its going to be like this everywhere. My question is if its like this everywhere why would you want to have the same thing in your company. Why can't there be peace and a good friendly environment. There's lot of things already in everyones life, people go through a lot already in their lives. Why would you wanna make their lives hell for 12 to 13 hrs straight everyday. Its very sad and I regret too, joining this company. The time I gave here is totally wasted. Guys abstain from joining such type of small companies. If you have even one percent of doubt, abstain from joining. I remember when I was standing out to give my first interview. There was a lot of noise coming from inside and I knew I would regret joining here. But I still gave it a try only because it was near to where i stayed. At the end of the day I would prefer peace and its okay to prefer less pay with nice environment instead of less pay with a toxic environment.
