      Nice people to work with, no payment issues, different stuff everyday to do

      Cons

      No space for promotion or wage rise. Direct management is very poor and was only getting worse.

      Working alongside experts. Really strong school values. Opportunity to learn. Free accomodation and food.

      Cons

      Isolated lifestyle living in street, especially if you have a relationship. Long long hours. Poor pay. Poor accomodation for staff.
