low pay, upper management is special. no pay advancement for doing multiple things. management doesn't back you up. they use people to train other people then get rid of the trainer.

Pay is above average, got very good benefits.

the smell and the bad working conditions. Sometimes people make racist remarks. Working during winter is a real struggle.
