Cons: are what they say about the job is lies. They don’t give u ur quarterly bonuses very bad communication with management. You do not respect you in anyway they were more about their customers than their employees. They don’t help you with benefits they put you in driving violations (hrs driving ) and there’s no communication from where you pick your truck up and your trailer to dispatches in New Jersey. There’s no local dispatchers and no local supervisors. The group of people in corporate office that are your supervisors. Have no clue of the area and what you face every day.oh there’s more.
