The people at Millennium are fantastic! I was hired from Canada and they helped in my relocation to Michigan. I eventually came to know while working at Ford Motor Company that their pay rate was the highest offered to Research Engineers compared to that offered by other staffing agencies. They provided all the benefits and took care to keep their employees thoroughly informed through seminars on the insurance plans, etc. It's definitely a place where you'll notice that the management cares for your personal well-being. They were always available whenever I needed resources, kept in touch to make sure I was happy (and safe, considering I use to live in a sketchy area in Detroit), provided feedback from my direct supervisor, and encouraged the idea of working my way up to a direct hire position; which is where I am now after 2 years and 8 months with Millennium. From two years out of school struggling to find suitable work, this was my first real job, in the field I studied nine years in college for, I got my first house, my own car, had a proper wedding, etc... my life was basically jump-started through this company, and I continue to see the cycle repeating with other colleagues here at Ford. I strongly recommend whoever is on the hunt in the job market to consider contacting this company!
