Pros

-There is a strong collaborative environment and the team consists of smart, dedicated, and hardworking individuals who have a lot to contribute and work well together. -Individuals can work in-office, hybrid, or fully remote and relationships are built and fostered through the use of regular video calls and MS Teams. -The projects are interesting and challenging for exciting enterprise clients. -Great pay and benefits -Many people have worked here for years or even decades, so there’s a culture of committing to the shared growth in the company with a ton of collective experience on best practices and how to tackle problems. -Management is respectful, collaborative, and open to feedback. Many offer a mentorship style approach and are willing to take the time to answer questions and help with your ongoing development. -The team is supportive in providing coverage for people taking PTO and work life balance is encouraged from the top down. -The team is proactive at looking at trends in security and technology and planning for the future of the agency’s service offerings.

Cons

-Lots of video calls. While it helps to keep people on the same page and build relationships remotely, it can break up the flow of the day. You have to be proactive to block out time to work on projects. -Security and client requirements limit the flexibility to try out different software tools or plug-ins on your own. -There are ways efficiency and processes could be improved overall, but management is taking a proactive approach to addressing these challenges and updating systems moving forward.

- High attrition with management - Increased security protocols diminish team efficiency and delay client deliverables - Inconsistent methodology for career advancement - Compensation is under market but expectation is to go above and beyond -Lack of structure often leads to frustration and "bumpiness" in execution and other internal processes
