Pros

The professionalism of the company is to be commended. They took me on even when I had zero marketing or business experience. They trained me into not only a better person but a better businessman. I never had the opportunity to earn a weekly paycheck let alone enough to pay all my bills and still have some pocket change for a rainy day.

Cons

It does take a lot of self discipline. I didn’t expect to be learning as much as I did but I greatly appreciate it. It wasn’t the typical 9-5 I was expecting but hey when working with commissions who needs a 9-5.

Pros

Manager Cuinn is great with communication! He is very cooperative with working with a school schedule. Training that he provides is very beneficial as it helps with both the job and also teaches you skills that can be used anywhere. Millennial Hart Management has a very positive environment and I love how it’s team oriented. One of my personal favorite things about the company is that it’s all based off work ethic. There’s no seniority and if you work hard towards your goals you’d be a great fit for the company.

Cons

Due to the nature of the company and working with our clientele, some days can be somewhat stressful. However, I feel that can be said about any job. It’s not an environment to try to do new things by yourself. If you don’t ask for help it’s hard to know if you need it
