Interesting projects in interesting market areas. A handful of the remaining employees are standouts. Used to be very progressive and innovative. Work life balance has improved since business started declining. A few of the upsides of being a small business in a big business environment.

The company has not fared well since being acquired in 2010. Some of the reasons are due to market contraction, and the remainder is due to mismanagement. Uniquely combines most of the downsides of both small businesses and big businesses. Significant talent drain since 2010 at every level of the organization.
