Pros
Hands on experience and exposure to a lot of different areas of the business that may not necessarily fall under a traditional accounting function. Flexibility until it’s not… Lots of potential as an organization with a young, smart CEO as its leader. Could bode well if cultural stuff can get sorted out quickly.
Cons
Management and culture encourage burn out and lack any real desire to change the pitfalls of the organization. Supports toxic managers, even as history and turnover say otherwise. If they do not cut the cancers out they will continue to experience the mass turnover they have been experiencing for years. HR cannot keep up with the amount of problems some create.
