Bad projects and poor management - 3D Artist Milk VFX Employee Review

the projects are pretty cool

nothing until now, everything is fine

- nice team, most of the time experience at a studio is made by fellow artists. I have made some friends for life

- poor communication from production, supervision all the way up to upper management ( everything seems to be a heavily guarded secret from upper management) - some poor treatment from HR sometimes, throwing their weight around without asking questions or showing any sympathy to someone's case, very tone deaf a lot of the time. - favouritism - some supervisors should not be supervisors and their motivation for doing the job are very clearly driven by ego - some production staff have no people skills and treat artists like work horses. can be very rude for seemingly no reason while not understanding the scope of work and assuming everything is a one click job. Artists are not children, have some respect. - so much nepotism, it's insane? - no payrises for 2+ years
