      Supportive colleagues when you need help (depending on the team) Free food & Soft Drinks in the Kitchen. Nice perks when I worked at Mileway Flexibility and work-from-home

      repetitive tasks with no learning curves working on a project for IC loans that failed in the end (wasting of resources and free time) Feeling that there was a lack of leadership and people some Managers
