      Cons

      While being a remote employee has its privileges, I do miss engaging with my team in person.

      Pros

      I’m a new employee at Milestone Technologies and the onboarding process has been very smooth. Everything was organized, welcoming, and easy to follow. The team checked in often, answered all my questions, and made me feel like I belonged even before day one.

      Limited advancement opportunities. Job security and career growth receive some of the lowest ratings among review categories. Contractor environment. Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to. Some employees report feeling disconnected from corporate leadership.
