5 days week is the only good thing

1. Very poor company
2. Had to request 10 times to get office stationery
3. No cleanliness. Dust on keyboard and desk 24x7
4. Girls washroom jet spray not working properly. Hardly any water comes out. The water stinks like fowl.
5. No dustbin or tissue paper in the girls washroom even after requesting the boss to do so. After many requests only dustbin was made available.
6. Handwash bottle always empty.
7. Nothing available to warm up the food.
8. Water purifier capacity once over, it was not brought to working for atleast 1.5 days. Till then no drinking water available for staff.
9. No proper increment, no proper salary.
10. Allotment of work outside job description.
11. HR and accounts department is very slow.
12. The owner is very negligent about employee related issues.
13. Very bad treatment given to employees when they decide to leave, also necessary changes in the rules were done while relieving where employee was at loss and company benefitted.
14. Never follow the company rules. They are just on paper. The company applies different rules for every employee as per their benefit.
15. The only motive is to take undue advantage of the employees.
