Pros

I have been with Miles nearly my entire career, there isn't enough good to be said here. Very understanding, reasonable, fair and always there for their employees. In a very challenging field they manage to be industry leaders while maintaining an excellent working environment.

Cons

Very stressful field with little down time (no fault of the company).

Pros

I’ve worked at MPI for 6 years and I’ve been promoted twice, always treated fairly, and compensated well. The work atmosphere is casual and comfortable. The work itself is interesting. The other employees are nice and easy to get along with and work with. Upper management is the best I’ve worked for in 25+ years of working.

Cons

During covid we worked from home and didn’t have Friday lunch brought in for us as usual at the company’s expense which wasn’t there fault at all.

Pros

If you know someone who works there, you can get the job. There is a lot of work to be had, however there is no guarantee that you will get it.

Cons

They are not loyal to their employees. Work prices gets cut with out notice. You will get sent back to jobs for things that were not on a work order, and then they will make up work orders saying that it was there. They play favorites and gives raises based on if they like you. They bid contractors against each other and take the lower bid to make more for their company. They make you sign a contract but do not honor it at all. They say one thing and do another. The company does try and give bonus incentives but they are always unattainable. If they want to fire you, they are very unprofessional about it and just say there is no work. Overall, this company is very unprofessional in most of their dealings with others and is more stressful then the job is worth.
