The careers we offer are challenging, yet all of our employees only work between 40 and 50 hours per week on average. Our salaries are competitive,and the average annual salary increases are 2 to 3 times the national average. Of course, these increases are for merit, and not everyone experiences the same increases in salary. Furthermore, even though many of our employees are salaried and exempt from the requirement to be paid overtime, in most cases, we elect to pay overtime to them anyway.
