      Pros

      The colleagues are great and you have a lot of fun with them.

      Cons

      Constant changes, the top-management has no real direction for the company. They fire and restructure the company all of the time. The mental working environment is extremely poor. They have had two heads of HR leave in 1.5 years.

      it pays well if you put in the work you can get good hours

      Cons

      Staff would blame other people for their faults. Some of the staff lounges around when there is wok to be done.
