The customers can occasionally be difficult but they are usually friendly and pleasing to work with.
Great place that still was a family environment in a working environment. You would see the owners walk around and say hello to everyone. All staff from different departments were friendly and supported one another. The managers were there to offer help and training when needed especially with customer's questions that have not been asked before. Clean bathrooms which was very nice working there. One call away to learn something new.
Cons
They sold the company and the new company removed all growth opportunities.
